About the Organisation

The Courtyard is a early learning environment that offers playgroup, nursery, pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten and day-care services to children between the ages of 6 months and 6 years. They boast a culturally diverse curriculum within the Indian Context which focuses equally on the socio-emotional and the intelligence quotient of each child. 

Scope of Work

  • Conducting training for courtyard’s teachers with modules focused on the following:
    • How young children learn 
    • Integrating multiple  intelligences and learning styles into daily lesson planning
    • Effective, direct communication

  • Conceptualising the organisation’s website, including identifying strengths, recommending structure, and writing copy

  • Designing and creating an online platform for collaboration between teachers to improve assigning tasks, reporting and communication within the team
